Nicholas De Luca, Founder and CEO

Nicholas De Luca, the Founder, CEO, and CTO of Little Feet Packaging, is a distinguished graduate of MIT. He founded Novus Packaging Corporation, which today is estimated to have achieved cumulative sales of $500 million. After selling Novus, Nicholas collaborated with Sealed Air Corporation for over a decade, focusing on the development of custom packaging materials and processes. He is also an inventor with over 60 patents to his name.

Matt Burke, VP of Sales

Matt Burke serves as the Company’s VP of sales with extensive experience working with third party logistics companies and major meal kit companies.  With an MBA and extensive experience in sales, Matt has been responsible for the sale of approximately 10 million thermal boxes since 2017.

Andrew Perkins, Director of Engineering

Andrew Perkins is the Director of Engineering at Little Feet Packaging. He brings over 30 years of mechanical engineering design experience, having previously worked at Novus Packaging, FP International, and Sealed Air. Andrew holds numerous patents in the field of protective packaging.

Advisory Board

The collective expertise of Litte Feet Packaging’s Advisory Board encompasses strategic planning, financial management, sales, marketing, engineering, and operations. Their combined experience is instrumental in driving Little Feet Packaging’s mission to provide sustainable and innovative packaging solutions.

Brooks McChesney

Brooks McChesney has been an entrepreneur and senior executive in technology companies spanning multiple vertical markets and industries. Most recently he served as an Adjunct Faculty member at the Middlebury Institute of International Studies in Monterey teaching social entrepreneurship and was an Entrepreneur-in-Residence at Intel Corporation.  He is also an active member of the Stanford Alumni Consulting Team which provides pro-bono management consulting to Central Coast non-profits.

Dan Udoutch

Dan Udoutch is a multi-time startup CEO and Silicon Valley veteran. He has significant experience in bringing new and disruptive products to market. He currently is a General Partner at Central Coast Ventures (CCV).  CCV is focused on important new ideas and entrepreneurs that operate in the Central Coast Region and leverage the programs and resources at Cal Poly, UCSB and CSUMB.

Dr. Brad Barbeau

Dr. Brad Barbeau, MBA, Ph.D., is Professor of Entrepreneurship at the CSU Monterey Bay College of Business and Executive Director of the CSUMB Institute for Innovation and Entrepreneurship Development (iiED).  He teaches courses in entrepreneurship and new venture formation and is deeply involved in building the entrepreneurial ecosystem in the Monterey Bay region.

Dr. Laura Armey, advisor and board member is a Professor of Economics and Data Analytics at the Naval Post Graduate School. Dr. Armey has extensive experience teaching and advising strategy, resource management, and decision making.

Dr. Ryan Garcia

Dr. Ryan Garcia is a Professor of Political Economy at the Naval Postgraduate School. Specializing in strategic planning and program evaluation, Dr. Garcia has 15 years of experience advising senior decision-makers. He has served as Chief of Plans, Strategic Planner, and Logistics Officer for various organizations in the United States Army.
